Surf Fridays!

I got a small, rectangular piece of hydrodynamic foam at a garage sale and took it out for a spin a couple of weeks ago. I had so much fun - really cold water but that hat and some booties kept me feeling alright. I can't wait to go bodyboarding as soon as this rain lets up.

I think everyone in Cali is pretty frustrated with all this rain as far as not being able to surf. Daydream, watch movies, brush up on politics, discover new blogs, go to yoga, ride your bike, take photos, write letters, make art...Hang in there. If you're out in the world having fun in the water, brag about it! Australia? Happy Surf Fridays to you!

Damn, woman, I've yet to see a bad picture of you. How do you manage to look cute in a hood? I wish the camera loved me as much as it loves you!

And, yes, this rain is the bane of my existence these days. Hate it!

sorry to hear about the surf, or the lack of surf! it hasn't been all swells and barrels here either on the east coast of Oz, but at least the water is still beautiful, warm and crystal clear...
still enjoying your photos and the feel of your blog...keep up the good work...
peace

The Jetty. Ha. Nice.

One thing I remeber about those rains was the epic sandbards, oh those sandbars. Sometimes it was hard to wait the 72 hours.

Thanks Jamie!!

Surf Friday was great here in Australia - it always is.

And 'cause the wind picked up in the arvo, I managed to fit in some daydreaming/politics-brushing-up-on/letter writing/photo taking/laughing too!
